Located across from Carroll Park, this bustling Brooklyn eatery offers its loyal patrons creative dishes alongside a sophisticated coffee menu. Designed by Parkbench Architects, this gut-renovated restaurant was stripped down to its structure including the construction of a new steel storefront. With a working coffee roaster proudly displayed at the center of the dining room, the unique space pays homage to a century old building by leaving ceiling joists and brick exposed.  Soft Scandinavian undertones reappear in both the coffee shop and restaurant giving a nod to the Owner’s Danish roots.
