After tireless months of efforts and hard work, Brooklyn has a new addition to the borough!  East One Coffee Roasters is designed by blueberry’s design studio and built by blueberry builders.  With our design and construction team on the build, we could explore design options quickly, and keep the project running on track.  The sleek interiors of this Scandinavian coffee shop and restaurant is a much-desired addition to the bustling neighborhood of Carroll Gardens.  Stop by for a quick coffee at the bar, or stay a while and have a meal in the dining room!
