Locally grown farm-sourced restaurant Dig is a staple for most health-conscious New Yorkers on the go.  As part of Dig’s rapid expansion, their Park Avenue South location sits on the cusp of numerous New York City neighborhoods.  This project required a complete buildout of a raw space, including a complicated exhaust and HVAC installation.  The open kitchen and spacious dining area creates a fast casual dining experience that aligns with the branding of their other popular restaurants.
