We do not have a minimum square footage for office con- struction projects. Most of our office renovations are from 5,000sf and up.
Depending on the scope of work, most office renovations will require a filing with the Department of Buildings.
Each office and client is different. Fit-out costs are determined based on existing layout, proposed design and finishes.
Most office fit-out construction schedules are dictated by the building’s working hours and logistics. Generally, most will take 10-24 weeks.
