Saint Urban
Blueberry was brought in at the early stages of Saint Urban’s planning to bring Chef Jared Ian Stanford-Hill’s wine-focused restaurant to life. Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Bentel and Bentel, every surface of the stunning dining room and bar compliments the region-specific tasting menu that Chef curates each month. A full gut renovation of the previous restaurant involved complicated electrical upgrades to the building and an HVAC along with a kitchen exhaust overhaul. Exterior repairs to the landmark building in Gramercy aided the creation of a world class chefs’ kitchen on both the ground and cellar floors. The front of house finishes includes end grain wood flooring, custom millwork and banquettes, plaster walls, stone counters, custom tables, and beautiful artwork curated by the Bentel and Bentel team.
