Maison Kayser

As master French pastry chef Eric Kayser expanded his restaurant empire here in New York City, our team gut-renovated their first Brooklyn eatery located in the Downtown Courthouse.  The space was thoughtfully designed with a full service bakery at the front and a sit down french bistro in the back. Additionally, coordination of venting, electrical and plumbing trades within the century old building required constant communication amongst multiple City agencies.  In alignment, with the Maison Kayser brand, beautiful Moroccan tiles and custom steel and glass partitions were fabricated to create a warm and inviting dining experience.
