Milk Bar Flagship
Founded by James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, Milk Bar has been redefining the dessert experience in NYC for over a decade. Our team was brought on to assist in the buildout of Milk Bar’s Flagship location, which was positioned on a prominent corner in NoMad. In parallel with the building’s contractor, we were tasked with outfitting the millwork, build-a-cake bar, and finishes around the space. The success of this initial project together forged a strong partnership between Milk Bar and Blueberry for future build-outs around the City.
