Located walkable to Ditch Plains, this Montauk house is the perfect beach escape for all 4 seasons.  Originally built in the 1960’s the home’s interior and exterior were gut renovated including a full upgrade to the windows, roof and siding.  The home’s layout was reconfigured to open the living space and flood South facing sunlight throughout the home. A 26-foot wood beam was hoisted to support the roof spanning the kitchen and living space to allow unobstructed views of the surrounding nature preserve.
