FiDi Apartment

20 Pine Street is a luxury design-focused residential condominium located in Manhattan’s financial district.  Thoughtfully designed by MDG Architects, this project involved combining two existing apartments to create a multi-bedroom dwelling for a young family living downtown.  The modern kitchen is the focal point of the apartment, drawing attention from almost all rooms.  Custom stone and cabinetry details in both the bathroom and kitchen elevate the apartment to the next level.  Despite the innate challenges of combining two separate units, such as flooring level changes and utility connections, one could never tell the difference once these two units were seamlessly combined into one expansive luxury apartment.
