The Travel Agency SoHo

For the fourth Travel Agency location, the team homed in on a perfect location just south of Houston Street in North SoHo at 598 Broadway.  Leong Leong took a different approach with their design for this retail store while still honoring many of the elements from their previous spaces.  The Travel Agency SoHo was considerably larger in scale and required significant structural upgrades to the core and shell of the space.  The full gut and fit out of this 7,000+ sqft dispensary included exterior work, electrical upgrades, millwork, stone flooring, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, security, and integrated technology displays.  The result is nothing short of an incredibly powerful and fun retail experience that effortlessly speaks to the brands dominance in the NYC cannabis space.
