Located above Laughing Man, Hugh Jackman’s Tribeca coffee hotspot, this 1880’s cheese factory was converted into residential lofts in the 1970’s.  The lively family that moved into this 2,000 sqft apartment wanted a large open floor plan to afford their 4 young boys the space to run free.  During the gut renovation, it was important for the family to expose accents of the building’s rich history while introducing a modern feel to the fixtures and finishes. This stunning Tribeca loft elegantly serves both as a beautiful space and functional home.
